Registration Form - Warrior Weekend IX (June 4th - 6th, 2010)
Prices this year will be $80 per individual, which includes the Warrior Weekend t-shirt.
Please include t-shirt sizes for all individuals and get all registration information in to Dr. Greene by May 15th, so that t-shirts can be ordered and delivered
to all individuals at the time of the event.
Fill out the form below, print this page, and mail with your check (payable to Roger Greene) to reserve your spot at the next Warrior Weekend event.

Purpose & Goals:
Fun, Martial Arts Development, Sweat, Friendship
Equipment to bring:
We will be training outdoors, so we strongly recommend martial arts shoes, wrestling shoes, or
equivalent, Karate Uniform, belt, T-shirts are okay if it is real hot, caps are okay. It is June,
bring sunscreen.
Cost:
$80 - Please send pre-registration and fees by May 15th.
T-Shirts:
T-shirts commemorating the event will be available to all that are interested. The registration cost includes one t-shirt per participant. Please fill in the t-shirt information requested above (quantity and sizes) when registering.

NOTE: No unattended children at the event. Please keep all children who are not attending classes supervised at all times.
Friday:
9:00 am - Special Feature, Pre-Warrior Weekend Event (Click for details):
Basic Intro and Intermediate Defensive Pistol
Instructor: Police veteran & 25+ yr. tactical instructor Raymond Montoya
Recommended: For all adults (no children)
Cost: $35 per person
(firearms & ammo provided)
3:00 pm - 5:00 pm Meet and greet.
7:00 pm - 9:00 pm Core Karate - Hanshi Roger Greene
9:00 pm - If it pleases you, join us at Chili's restaurant after the workout (Claremore, Hwy 66)
Saturday:

The rest of the afternoon is yours to relax and have some fun, swim, visit, or work out some more.
6:00 pm - Dinner will be served, burgers on the grill
Impromptu workouts may occur throughout the evening at the discretion of the instructors and those individuals who desire.
Sunday:
8:00 am - 9:00 am - Master Instructors will be available for a couple hours to help,
answer questions, teach, and work with individuals who so wish.

New motel - Microwave and Fridge in room. Great Country Breakfast and Lunch across the street @ Hugo's. Hwy 20 is also called Will Rogers Blvd.
Claremore Motor Inn (800)828-4540 is close, a little older, inexpensive on Hwy 66 north end of town.
