NOTE: No unattended children at the event. Please keep all children who are not attending classes supervised at all times.
Children under the age of 13 attending classes should also be accompanied by an adult during classes.

Equipment to bring:
We will be training outdoors, so we strongly recommend martial arts shoes, wrestling shoes, or equivalent, Karate Uniform, belt, T-shirts are okay if it is real hot, caps are okay. It is May in Oklahoma, bring sunscreen.
